We own the entire property located at 1742 Exeter Road, Lebanon, CT 06249, commonly known as Lake Williams Campground.

CAMPSITES FOR SALE
We have a subset of our campsites up for sale. If you buy a campsite, you will become a Unit Owner in the Association, and receive a "Deed in Perpetuity" which provides you with the right to use your campsite and pass that right on to your heirs.
The campground has a very large barn-style Pavilion that is available for Association Unit Owners and Seasonal campers to rent for family events, for a low fee, for a half-day or full-day of use. The pavilion includes a large propane-fired griddle and extra-large BBQ grill.
The campground office has a recreation room with pool, air hockey, and ping pong tables. We have cable TV and a DVD player; one TV for adults and one for kids. We have a play area with toys for small children. Wi-Fi access is available in the rec room.
